Export attributes to Excel with custom file selection
Perfect for creating multiple extractions (by area, building, package, etc.).
Select blocks in Model Space
Start by selecting the blocks in Model Space that you want to export.
Select only what matters (equipment in an area, symbols from a diagram, etc.).You precisely choose which blocks to extract. Choose the Excel file name and location
A dialog opens to ask for:
• the Excel file name,
• where to save it (network share, project folder, etc.).
This lets you organize exports by site, area, date, version…You control file naming and storage. Generate the Excel file
The software reads the attributes of the selected blocks and generates the Excel file according to your settings.
A clean Excel table is created automatically. Review and edit your data
Open the generated Excel file:
you can modify attributes, adjust layers, change colors, fix labels, etc.
This Excel can then be reimported to update the DWG.Your Excel becomes your official working base.
