Purpose: Search and replace text in all DWGs
This tool performs a multi-drawing search and replace. You specify a text to find and
a replacement text. The software opens each DWG in the list, searches for this text in
attributes and textual entities (paper space + model space), then automatically replaces
it with the new value.
Goal: correct information everywhere (company name, project reference, date, etc.)
without doing it manually in each file.
Enter the texts to process
A dialog box opens. You enter:
– the text to search,
– the replacement text.

The tool reads the list of DWGs displayed in the interface.
