Goal:
Move the title block to the next revision index
it opens each drawing, adds the new revision line (date, description, signed by…), saves, then automatically moves to the next one.
Define the new index
The software starts by asking for the information of the new revision index:
• Date,
• Description of the change,
• Drawn by,
• Checked by,
• Approved by.
These fields will form the new revision line in each title block.

The software automatically opens every listed DWG one by one.
No need to open them manually.Each file in the folder is processed automatically. Reading the title blocks
For each DWG, the tool loads the title block data
and identifies the last existing revision index.

The new index is added after the previous one:
the new revision line (with your date, description, signatures) is written into the title block.
All sheets of the DWG are updated.The title block is updated with the next revision index. Save and move to the next DWG
The DWG is saved with the new index applied. Then, the software automatically proceeds to the next DWG in the list
and repeats the operation until all files are processed.Index updated across the entire folder, in sequence.
