Goal:
Update the table of contents

Note: Automatic update of the Summary block from the template DWG
Processing mode: DWGs are processed one by one (not all at once).

This tool updates the table of contents in your drawings. It opens each DWG in the folder, detects the standard summary block used by the software, automatically fills it in with the correct information, saves the DWG, then moves to the next file.
Designed to secure and automate the summary without manual input.
  1. Sequential opening of DWGs

The software opens each DWG to be processed one after another.
Each file is processed individually with the same logic.

Automatic opening of each DWG to update the summary
Each drawing is loaded in turn.
  2. Detect and fill the summary

    The module runs “Detect Summaries”:
it searches for the specific summary block used by the software (provided in the template DWG),
then automatically fills it with the required information.

Automatic population of the Summary block from the template DWG
The Summary block is updated without manual entry.
  3. Save and continue

Once the summary has been updated in the current DWG, the file is saved.
The software then automatically moves to the next DWG in the list and repeats the process.

Saving the DWG then automatically moving to the next
Each DWG is updated, saved, then the next one is processed.
