Goal:
Identify the number of sheets

Note: Automatically fills the “Number of Sheets” field
Processing mode: DWGs are processed one by one (not all at once).

This tool is used to automatically fill in the Number of Sheets field in your title blocks. It opens each DWG one by one, counts the number of sheets present in Model Space, writes this total into the title block, saves the file, then moves to the next DWG.
Ideal for ensuring consistency without manually recounting.
  1. Sequential opening of DWGs

The software opens each DWG in the list one by one and applies the same operation to each.

Automatic opening of each DWG for processing
Each file is opened and processed individually.
  2. Sheet count analysis

The module runs “Identify Number of Sheets”:
it analyzes the Model Space of the DWG to determine the total sheet count,
then automatically fills the Number of Sheets field in the title block.

Model space analysis to calculate sheet count and update Number of Sheets
The total number of sheets is inserted into the title block.
  3. Save and move to the next DWG

Once the field has been updated, the DWG is saved.
The software then automatically proceeds to the next file and repeats the operation.

Saving the DWG after Number of Sheets update, then moving to the next
Each file is updated, saved, then the next one is processed.
