Note: Updates index / summary / sheet numbers / total sheets / date / layouts / PRINTING
Processing mode: DWGs are processed one by one (not all at once).

This module is the “do everything and print” version of project processing.
It opens each DWG in the folder, updates all title block fields (indexes, sheet numbers, summary, today’s date, etc.), recreates clean layouts, then directly launches printing according to your print settings.
It then saves the DWG and automatically moves to the next one.
Perfect for generating a complete, finalized, and printed project at end of project / as-built documentation.

  1. Sequential Processing of DWGs

    The software opens each DWG one by one and automatically performs all the following steps before moving on.

  2. Update Latest Revision Index

    “Update latest index on sheets”: the software analyzes the A…L revision history, retrieves the latest actual index, then writes it into the INDICE field of all sheets.

  3. Sheet Numbering

    “Assign sheet numbers”: assigns a sequential sheet number (1, 2, 3, …) to each title block in order.

  4. Summary Update

    “Update summary”: the module detects the summary block defined by the software (from the template DWG) and updates it automatically.

  5. Total Number of Sheets

    “Identify number of sheets”: the software counts the number of sheets present in Model Space and writes this total into the “Number of Sheets” field.
